Esteemed chef Shane Delia, the owner of award-winning Middle Eastern restaurant Maha in Melbourne has worked alongside NOUR’s Executive chef Paul Farag to present a brunch menu that pays homage to their Middle Eastern heritage.
The seven course brunch menu is $79pp and features dishes such as a whipped cod roe bun, baharat spiced beef crackling, a duck and pine mushroom manoushe and strawberry and arak ice to finish.
There will be entertainment in the form of rising star Ellis Hall, who will be singing from 12-3pm. The event is part of a chef exchange that sees Shane cook with Paul at NOUR on Sunday 16th May, with Paul headed to Melbourne to cook a menu of delicious plates at Maha on Tuesday 25th May.
