ESCA is hosting a month-long celebration of all things Negroni, in collaboration with Four Pillars. Our Bar Managers have worked with Four Pillars’ Creative Drinks Director and Diageo World Class Winner Nick Tesar to craft unique Negroni variations that are available at AALIA, NOUR, LILYMU and Henrietta (Surry Hills).

Alongside these exclusive creations, each negroni menu features Four Pillars Barrel Aged Negroni and the enticing Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin & Tonic. Join us this September to raise a glass to Negroni’s in ways you’ve never tasted before!
