Join us to celebrate the year of the tiger this Chinese New Year at LILYMU, from 1st – 6th February.  Enjoy a selection of specials curated by Executive Chef Brendan Fong, designed to be shared with your friends and family. The specials include raw ocean trout with wasabi, caviar; prawn and foie gras stuffed chicken wings and steamed whole fish with ginger, leek, organic soy.
