Executive Chef Ollie Hughes has created a selection of world-class dishes made with Impossible™ beef and pork products, now available in Australia.
Expect inventive plates like Thai larb roti made from Impossible™ Pork and hummus bil lahmeh, with spiced Impossible™ beef, eggplant, and a side of Lebanese bread. Ollie’s even recreated the classic McCuckoo for our plant-based friends.
