Next in the series of chef collaborations is Coskun Uysal of Melbourne Turkish restaurant, Tulum. Named the “Best Turkish Restaurant” by Melbourne’s leading food critics, Tulum has been recognised for its delicious dishes with a hatted status. Uysal is a true ambassador of Turkish cuisine and all profits for this event will be donated to Ahbap – a platform raising funds and awareness for a devastating earthquake that has recently hit Turkey. Chef Paul and Coskun are coming together to serve a fusion of Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines for $110 PP.
