On Monday 14th November, Adam and Paul have joined forces to create a collaborative menu that infuses Middle Eastern, Hungarian and Australian cuisine that pays homage to Adam’s Jewish heritage. Guests can expect dishes from Adam like broccoli tabouli and Kibbeh nayyeh with red zhoug and murri, as well as his famous carrot molasses golden gaytime dessert alongside signature AALIA dishes the Khorasan pita and dry aged duck fesenjan.
