AALIA’s successful chef dinner series continues into 2023 and first up is the well-renowned Ben Williamson of Brisbane-based restaurant Agnes. Guests will be served some of Ben’s signature dishes such as his harissa quail, as well as Paul’s indulgent Khorasan pita and much-loved Lamb rib shawarma, for one night only.
