Join NOUR’s Head Chef Luca Lonati and renowned Sicilian Chef, Lino Sauro from Olio Kensington Street for a Taste of Siqilliya. Together the chef’s have worked on a unique, standout menu in the typical NOUR banquet style offering a selection of dishes that are a fusion of Arabic and Sicilian flavours. An aperitif and digestif are included on the menu in keeping with the Sicilian theme using Gruppo Campari’s Amaro Averna which is a classic liqueur from Sicily.
