AALIA brings International French-Lebanese Michelin-starred chef Alan Geaam to Sydney

We’re thrilled to announce the grand finale of AALIA’s esteemed Chef Series for 2023, with none other than renowned French-Lebanese Michelin-starred chef, Alan Geaam, as our final guest. Alan will join forces with AALIA’s Executive Chef, Paul Farag, for a truly unique dining experience that brings Middle Eastern food to life in a whole new and exciting way.

Alan Geaam, the only Lebanese chef to earn a Michelin star in Paris, is celebrated for blending his Lebanese heritage dishes with sophisticated French techniques. His commitment to innovation and pushing culinary boundaries makes this collaboration even more special as he brings his unique style to the heart of Sydney.

This exclusive two-night event marks the bittersweet conclusion of AALIA’s 2023 Chef Series. We’ll be hosting this culinary celebration on Tuesday, October 24th and Wednesday, October 25th.

Our carefully crafted menu will feature dishes like hummus cornet with trout roe and nuts, and lobster with freekeh and arak. For dessert, we’ll treat guests to a sweet brik pastry baklava with cashew ice cream and preserved quince, alongside a delightful Mouhalabia lollipop. Each dish promises to deliver bold flavors and innovative techniques.
