This September, ESCA is raising a glass to the iconic Negroni in collaboration with Four Pillars. Our Bar Managers, alongside Four Pillars’ Creative Drinks Director, Nick Tesar, have curated a bespoke Negroni menu that puts a fresh twist on this classic cocktail.
