LILYMU’s kitchen is led by Head Chef Roy Park, whose culinary expertise has been honed over a decade in some of Sydney’s most respected kitchens.
Inspired by his Korean heritage and the rich culinary traditions of Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines, Roy crafts dishes that celebrate the diversity of Asia. With a focus on natural, fragrant ingredients and thoughtful presentation, his menu delivers a sensory experience that blends innovation with tradition.
