Hosted by our Group Wine Manager, Eleonore Wulf, this exclusive lunch celebrates our talented female chefs from AALIA, NOUR, LILYMU and Itō, as they take centerstage and showcase a creative lunch menu, for $99 per person.
Mariangela Simone and Haeyoung Lee of NOUR have curated a delightful assortment of snacks to kick off this incredible feast. For the second course, delight in LILYMU’s skilled Senior-Sous Chef Mawan Kajitpon starters. Kim Nguyen, Sous Chef at Itō, will orchestrate an impressive main course and sides meant for sharing. Conclude your meal with a decadent dessert crafted by AALIA’s talented pastry chef, Kate Manera.

Expect a breath taking performance by the Australian World Orchestra whilst enjoying a glass of G.H.Mumm Champagne on arrival, from 12pm. Elevate your four-course lunch with your choice of wine pairing by NOUR’s Head Sommelier, Sarah O’Dwyer, or Group Wine Manager Eleonore Wulf, both heroing wines from incredible female winemakers. The event will conclude with the announcement of the winner of the lucky door prize.
