Esteemed chefs Paul Farag of NOUR and Brendan Fong of LILYMU will come together for one night only to present a menu that’s a cultural mashup of two of Australia’s favourite cuisines. Guests will be delighted with a delicious, exciting and completely adventurous tasting menu that combines the flair of South East Asian flavours with the tradition of the Middle East.
The 8 course tasting menu for $98pp includes dishes such as chicken shawarma bao, samke harrah dumplings, Arab XO fried rice and pistachio and pandan mafroukeh will be served on the evening, with specialty cocktails from both Nour and Lilymu also available.
