Guests will be taken on a journey through the lesser-known coastlines and regions of the Middle East with a specially curated menu by Executive Chef Paul Farag.
Head Sommelier Eleonore Wulf will serve a selection of matching wines from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, one of the oldest wine regions in the world, to accompany the selection of dishes.
Both Paul and Eleonore will present the dishes and matching wines on the evening to guests, telling the tales and stories behind each one that offers guests an insight into Arabian history and culture. One that AALIA seeks to showcase in a new and exciting way.
